Return Policy

2. Your right to withdraw (consumers in the EU/EEA and UK)

If you are a consumer and your order is covered by the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) or equivalent laws in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to message@zogmarexaovim.world or by post to the address above). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission or simply state that you wish to withdraw. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or from the day you supply evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g. opening packaging to inspect the product is generally acceptable; using the product beyond what is necessary to try it may reduce the value).

Some types of goods may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (e.g. sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed). If your product falls under such an exception, we will inform you before or at the time of order. For dietary supplements, once the seal of the product is broken we may not be able to accept a return for hygiene reasons; unopened products can generally be returned within the withdrawal period subject to this policy.

3. Returns for customers in the United States and other regions

For customers in the United States and other regions where the EU withdrawal right does not apply, we offer a voluntary return and refund policy as set out in this section, in addition to any mandatory legal rights you may have under local consumer law.

Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened (seal intact), in its original packaging and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear used, damaged or tampered with.

Include your order reference (e.g. order number or email used for the order) and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation or label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective product). Ship the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion, the refund may reflect the price actually paid.

4. Defective or wrong products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or not as ordered (wrong product or quantity), please contact us within a reasonable time (e.g. within 14 days of delivery) with your order details and, if possible, photos of the defect or packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs you incurred, as appropriate under applicable consumer law. We may ask you to return the product for inspection; in that case we will provide a prepaid return label where the fault is ours.

5. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of dietary supplements (including Digestovita) once the seal of the bottle or packaging has been broken, unless the product is defective or we are required to accept the return by law. Products that have been opened, used or are not in resalable condition may be refused. If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, contact us before sending it back.

6. Refund method and timing

Refunds are made to the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g. credit card, PayPal). Processing times depend on your financial institution; typically you will see the refund within 5–10 business days after we process it. If you have not received the refund after this period, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then contact us with your order details and we will assist.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish a different product or variant, please request a return and refund as above, then place a new order for the desired product.

8. Consumer rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the European Union, United Kingdom and many other jurisdictions, you may have legal rights to repair, replacement or refund in case of faulty or misdescribed goods.
